gkw22 Terms & Conditions – Bangladesh Players

These Terms apply to all users of the gkw22 platform, including individuals who access the site for browsing purposes only, registered account holders, and any third party acting on behalf of a registered account holder. These Terms are effective from the date you first access the gkw22 platform, whether or not you create a registered account. Access to or use of the gkw22 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

All financial transactions on the gkw22 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities while using the gkw22 platform. Breach of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism not sanctioned by gkw22.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to affect the outcome of games or to exploit promotional offers, including chip dumping, coordinated betting, or sharing account credentials for shared use.
• Registering an account using false, incomplete, or another person's identity information, including name, date of birth, or mobile number.

gkw22 reserves the right to void bets, cancel winnings, suspend accounts, and report activity to relevant authorities in any case where prohibited conduct is identified. All content on the gkw22 platform — including but not limited to the gkw22 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces provided by gkw22 directly, and all other materials — is the property of gkw22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the gkw22 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any gkw22 content without express prior written permission from gkw22.
